    Just checked mine(200miles)...took quite a few turns to get it up to 75ft/lbs.

    EDIT;
    Actual recommended torque is 52 ft/lbs(19mm)

    They had the same problem on 2nd gens. IIRC service manual stated 37 ft/lbs.
    I was over in the Suspension forum and a guy has a 3rd gen with creaky rear end.
    They felt just like my 2nd gen did.

    you got a torque wrench? If not Harbor Freight has em for cheap but they work good

    2nd gen's are 37 ft-lb

    Yeah I got one... Is it recommended to tighten past manufactor recommended ?

    So I'll go to 75lbs ?

    FWIW 1st gens (up to 2004) FSM stated 90ft lbs
