I managed to install mine! And I'm a Broncos fan! ;) Hardest part is drilling into your hood (mentally difficult).

I got some DOM tube for the brush guards, the couplers should be here Friday and the Bender should be here Monday (kind of a bummer I can't work on it this weekend).

It may not be the "right way" or perfect by any means but I feel comfortable with the results of the way that I cut my fenders. In total I removed 2.25-2.75" all around

I put my fender flares on to get the curve of the outside line. I measured from the outside line to the inside edge of the fender well, splitting the measurement to make a comparable, but lesser, curve. I measured 1/2" out from there to create a lip to fold under:

Run some tape around the drill bit to create a stop so you don't over penetrate and damage the top of the hood

Wrap electrical tape or duct tape around the drill bit. Helps keep you from drilling to far. Painters tape isn't sticky enough... just FYI. LoL

Oooh yeah. Their instructions have different details depending on the year of your Taco. So pay attention to that. The underside of the hood is different on the newer ones than older second gen. If you're not paying attention the instructions seem to contradict themselves with measurements.

Had my serp belt snap on me in a Parking lot and I lost power steering rolled into the closest spot possible and shut her off to see what was up... tacos currently sitting there until I can get a new belt tomorrow and replace in parking lot... I need to do a pully too I believe

New Shocks showed up! Radflo 2.0 with 700lb Ebiach springs - Couple questions Though... Im not sure how to get the spring onto the coilover body? I originally assumed the perch on the bottom would come off via slot cut into it (Similar to how a rear shock for a MTB is), but its a solid peice? Also, They didnt come with mounting hardwear - I know I can re-use my lower bolt, but am not sure what to use for the ones that mount to the top coilbucket.

I plan to run them for a bit while my rebuild kit shows up - I feel this will help me get a feel of what they perform like when a rebuild is necessary.

Being the noob that I am, attempted to install LEDs by myself. Took me a while but I think I got it. Not as easy as I thought. Especially the passenger side. LEDs courtesy of @csjumper2003 by the way. Started at 9 and just finished now, 11:20 EST. Would take a pic but it's in the garage cause it's rainy and windy as hell outside. Guess we'll see how shitty of a job I did tomorrow or in the coming days if things break and don't hold up (meaning not clipped in right or something)!
