Sure thing, and if you can do the same. Next time i'm over at a dealership I'll have to have a look inside some vehicles and see if they have the black control.

Well it's a good start... know that it exists. I vaguely remember that either the base or SR5 model had some black trims where the sport and OR were silver. I'll try and do a bit of digging. @HFDane may also know a bit more about this... I know he has been doing a fair bit of swaps and maybe he has already tackled some of the trim.

Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
I seem to remember it being the base models that had the black trim. There was the steering wheel trim pieces as well as the pieces to left and right of the stereo that I've seen people switch over. No idea about a part # though

search through my recent posts. A guy started a thread on this same thing a week ago and I replied to it. Too busy/lazy to look through my posts at the moment

I've just asked @weldo but it almost appears like they sell everything as one package (trim pieces along with the wheel controls and harness). Seems a bit crazy if a single switch malfunctioned that you would need to buy the works, but I also wouldn't be horribly surprised either.

I don't see it as a separate piece, think you have to get the whole thing

Hope your NTB is better than mine here in Allen, Texas. I finally had to stop going there even tough I have paid for the rotation and balance. They could never get my front tire torqued correctly and ended up warping the rotors real bad for me. it goes to the dealership now and so far every time it is spot on the money, no vibes and no brake shaking from improper torque pattern.
