    Hello everyone -

I have a 2015 Tacoma TRD off road that is currently all stock.

I really want to make it a little more beefier. I was thinking a 3" suspension lift either by bilstein or toy tec?

Any suggestions on the best lift? I do not do a lot of off roading

Also, any recommendations on LED light bars?? I love the look of the roof mount ones.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Everyone gave me shit when I bought my Mictuning RDS 20" bar, they said it was cheap and wouldn't last. Well I have over two years on it now, it's been fully submerged, partially lit on fire(long story) hundreds of miles shaking on logging roads, survived a coyote impact and I haven't had an issue yet

Good god you're going to get a bunch of opinions here on this. I'm "personally" partial to Icons full front coilover with UCA's and Rigid for lights. I'll agree that Rigid lights are expensive but worth it IMO.

The D2's are stupid bright and the 20" is well... you get the picture.

Hit up @Baja Designs for lights that actually function the way you would expect a real lightbar too!

887 coils will be too stiff for your stock front end.

Personally, I'm partial to Icon coilovers.

What makes you say that? Same spring rate as 884s and 885s and it is absolutely not too stiff...I think you're thinking of 886 coils which are stiffer and used with a bumper/winch

yes, better product agreed, but about twice the price, so if you don't offroad I fter, not worth the additional cost IMO.

Icon coils are 650 spring rate and the shocks are valved for performance, chances are your Icons are stiffer just based on specs alone. $$ amount and brand don't equal ride comfort, so many people go wrong with this logic. Any shock that's performance base will typically ride firm due to the compression. So even coils aside the shock itself will produce a stiffer ride.
