The US markets posted it's biggest weekly gain this week. Commodities continue it's slide. Be very cautious when adding to any existing position in PMs until the trend begins to change.

The only precious metals I hoard are copper jacketed lead. Can't make rounds out of gold and silver and I hear they aren't very nutritious either. If SHTF those precious metals are just about worthless....

I can respect that. It's the troll Steve who I don't respect. I have nothing against bulls or bears. I just simply play the market I'm given. I've had bars of silver at one time so it isn't as if I won't use them but I never came in here with wild conspiracy theories insisting everyone else is stupid while ignoring the actual fact that numismatic coins aren't even the same thing as PMs. So best of luck on your shorts but it looks like the Fed will move soon and the S&P will close over 200 this year.

True, but it's in the right direction for an economy that shows improvement. The point is there are a few here who swore the world was ending and we'd go negative like Europe which is clearly not the case. The move sets up future rate hikes in 2016.
