new oem headunit in older model.

I got a 06 base Tacoma, I like to upgrade to a touch screen Intune radio with bluetooth. Is this possible as a plug n play or is it better to go aftermarket? This is what im looking at.

No, have not herd from anyone on it. I tried Googleing it and everyone wants to go aftermarket.

 

I would also be interested. Aftermarket has a lot of great options. But I'm a fan of stock look and feel. I doubt it'd be "plug and play" but hey~ who knows?

 

Not sure if its easy to do? and yea most probably would suggest aftermarket or they just don't know.
I am looking to buy an OEM non/JBL unit with GPS for my 2014. If it meets those specs let me know if you want to sell it.
