I wish I was a better welder. End of the summer I bought a welder so I could start practicing. I might check into a class at the local Community College next year.

I would love to learn to weld as well. We have a welding class at work, I wish I could get into.

The sliders I bought, ShrockWorks, where bolt on...and then if you wanted to weld them you could. They were great. Took a buddy and me about 2-3 hours to install. The hardest was making sure they were straight and level. @ramonortiz55 you can't bolt them on?? Where did you get them?

Ya everything turned out pretty good. The trailer started as a flat deck and we built it up.
The stove in that pic wasn't finished. It folds up and has a shelf above it.

I wish I could weld too.

So I measured out the distance needed for the coaxial cable..

Removed the ashtray and fished string thru a back opening. Notice that mark? That's the mark I measured from after I layed out all the string.

    20151206_163643.jpg

Ran it behind this taped up wiring on thw drivers side

    20151206_163707.jpg

Then i removed th left kick panel and ran it beside the 4x4 module thingy machig

    20151206_163730.jpg

Removed the floor trim and ran it down there

    20151206_163742.jpg

Then I ran it the same way in the back

    20151206_163755.jpg

I removed more paneling and ran it up towards the rear wheel well in the back cargo area

    20151206_163802.jpg

Didnt feel like removing that rear panel off

    20151206_163816.jpg

Had about 18" left over to drop down and coil up to the antenna holder

    20151206_164032.jpg

Then i marked the string as shown on the first picture, tied it off at the hitch and measured out

    20151206_164346.jpg

    20151206_164434.jpg

    Looks like 17' - 4"

18' should be good to go.

What is that strange stuff you have...a phone cable. What the heck is that used for??

thanks guys. I need to do some more adjusting but I think I'll have better luck if I let them sit and conform to the seats for a few days first.
They are Precision Fit / GT Covers. I had velour ones in my Taco and they still look new 7 years later. These are microfiber. Super quality, shitty instructions. I'm not sure I got the bottoms on right. Gonna research a little more about pulling the seats out so I can have better access to the underside of the seat. Should have done that today but I wasn't sure what the procedure was for disconnecting the airbags....

Thanks @ramonortiz55 for measuring that all out. I have also seen people run the cable through the center console which is what I am thinking of doing.

Do you have the same amount of flex as before? Your Runner looks pretty damn nice.

I feel the same way about my Camry. I hardly drive it, but it is nice to have a second car around if anything happens to the Runner. But I have to put some money into the Camry in the summer so I guess we will see after that.

You welcome! I already bought the 18' coaxial cable. The one with the fire ring.

I also painted the mstudt antenna bracket

I daily my Camry. The 4runner is my toy. I keep thet Tacoma around as the newer, reliable vehicle.. Camry is about to hit 300,000 miles and I already started to feel the transmission slip in reverse. .. hmmm...
