Why the hell didn't you take that opportunity to put some1/4" steel plate to make the frame ends stronger??

It was late already and nothing was really open around me and we had them and I don't have any steel so thats what happened lol! The ends on my 04 held up pretty good in my wreck too so i figure they will be fine! Might plate it around the end though now that I think of it! And I gotta gusset the mounts on the bumper itself!

No check valve. At least mine didn't have one. Maybe just an extra clamp.

I have to take the bumper off a couple more times anyway for winch, front end conversion etc. So I will redo it at that point!

Dude there was no rust on mine, this is way no one wants to help anyone. Why do you ask for peoples help if you are not going to use it?
If you read the post I sent you they all show how the factory end caps break.

I was asking for advice and yes you gave me great advice so thank you and no I didn't use it! Why? Because of the circumstances I was under! I am happy with it for now and when I get my winch I will beef it up! No need to get frustrated!
