I am down for at least 3 packs of deadner. Do you think that would be enough to do the doors, floor and backwall of a double cab? Also, I have access to a decibel meter and can provide some numbers for decibel reduction once I have an install done.

Your more than welcome to do a few tests :) my favourite is to put a grinder outside grinding metal... that sh!t is loud and obviously music before and after standing outside the truck are just a few tests one can run

Sounds like a plan. I am more concerned with road noise. I would like to do a before and after at 60 mph on the freeway with "mud terrain" tires. I put the quotations because I have cheap mud tires on.

Better to ask what I have not done.
Just some numbers that we had when we did three double cabs.

    5 in the ceiling.
5 in the back wall down to the cubbys under the seats.
10 total in the doors. ~3 front and 2 back per side.
4 sheets on the floor from the fire wall down to the opening of the vents under the front seats so

    5+5+10+4=24 (I think)

So you should have full coverage of your truck with 30. I also just down loaded an app that has a decible reader. It might not be perfect but it will be a closed test that will show the change.

Sweet deal! Really looking forward to this mod. Love my truck but the road noise on longer trips can really put a hamper on things.

I am sure that would be very helpful. That is one thing I am dreading.

How long is the group buy going to last? I am having a partial knee replacement later today and I will have to spend a couple of days at the hospital.

The pre-order will be open for the rest of the month and the targets will be listed as such for that period

Thanks for the fast reply. I will be placing my order as soon as I can.
I've been waiting 8 months for the doctors to get this far. They say I am too young for a complete knee replacement. I guess after this one heels up they will give me a date to get the other one done.
