Can some one tell measured distance of the gap between the truck cab and bed.

Wow. There really is one there. I'd never have thought to look. It's behind some plastic guard. Here's what it looks like with the guard opened.



The bulb is sort of a pain to get out. No way in hell are your fingers going to fit. I used a tweezer and it came out without too much difficulty. I'll be replacing that for sure.

Same here. I will try it myself unless I cannot do it/figure it out or it simply requires more than one person. And if it's friend or family, then it's time spent together, which is also great.
Quite true. Everyone (well most) works for their money and if they can do a simple thing themself and save money, I think that alone would be motivating.
