I've invested in an air compressor and DeVilbiss Finish Line gravity spray gun so I can start doing quality color matched Satoshi grilles for your chrome factory grille. Because I can only get color matched paint in pint and quart sizes, I will only take same color grilles in a batch. The price is $200 plus shipping per grille.

YOU NEED TO SEND ME YOUR GRILLE. Im offering a service, not a product.

This includes recessing your grille, installing the mesh, and painting your chrome surround to your factory body color. This is for 2nd Gen. Tacoma grilles only. I will take the first batch beginning of January. Please only vote for your color if you are serious about the service. When the poll ends I will choose the color with the most votes as my first batch. For quality and timing reasons, I am only taking 10 grilles maximum for the first batch.

Shipping can range from $25 to $65, depending on the distance and carrier, each way.

If you are not familiar with my service, here is a link: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/buy-sell-trade/59133-satoshi-grille-service.html

Nice investments. Sounds like your starting to build up a nice bunch of tools. I can't wait to get home and get my grille

^ thx, my new policy about mods is I will only spend money on tools and mods that I make with existing tools. It keeps my spending down and productivity up

I have a chrome grill that has a few nics and scrapes and am planning on replacing it but I want it to match body color (silver) . I have herd that the paint doesn't stick well to the chrome grills . which would you prefer to paint chrome or black (base model) grill ?

If you want just the surround to be painted, it would be faster to just get another grille off TRDparts4u. But, if you really want to send it to me for me to paint it, I'll take $70 for it. Im trying to offer my painting services in conjunction with my satoshi service.

I could probably drop my grill off 1 weekend and pick it up the next. I'll see how this goes and see how much money I have, which probably won't be any until spring..

Congrats on your DeVilbiss Finishline purchase. I have used one professionally for about 6 yrs and it has held up well. Great spray pattern for a fraction of the cost of a SATA. Keep her clean!

Hey blackhawks thanks for the tip on cutting the side vents. I tried it out on a spare grille, worked like a charm!
