I thought it was well done. He also did a review of the room I got. For $130 I figured it was worth it!

    @mr optimist is correct.

I wanted it to be as long as my roofrack.

Ill mount it on my roofrack on the passenger side. I measured a 79" long roofrack.

Haha I have been planning an awning for 2 or 3 months now. Waiting for a sale. 20% is crazy for that stuff.

Join the crowd Bro!! Dude...I don't even have a cooler. That's how sad I am. The wife and I are still talking it over...trying to figure out if she wants to go camping or not. Heck, if it's just me...I'll sleep in the back of the 4Runner and save a couple thousand dollars by not buying a tent. Although I would rather my wife go with me. Who knows....

Great price on the awning...thanks @ramonortiz55 for letting everyone know!

Having gone 250k, Aug 2016 was the time to replace the original clutch & get the driver's seat rebuilt/stuffed. Front & back Weathertech liners. '05 Tundra front disc brake swap. Full length Rocky Mountain Rack with 40" lightbar, Alternating strobe rear dust lights. I used a warm weekend in March 2022 to finally install my brand new from old stock 2000 4Runner driver's seat. $800 directly from the factory in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.
I work in Old Town Ft Collins. If you like Italian, I'd recommend Bisetti's, $$. The Steakout Saloon has the American Steak Sammich (The Yelp! review by 2k4R is mine), $. I'm sure there's a difference of opinion to be had, but Old Chicago has some of the best pizza in Old Town for $$. The Rio has decent Tex-Mex food & their margarita recipe is patented/copyrighted $. If you feel like seeing the oldest & tiniest bar in town check out The Town Pump, continuously in operation since 1909 $. All of these places are within 1 city block from each other. ($=$10)
If you happen to need a battery for you or your wife's watch, I'm located at the lat/long co-ords. under my avatar at Golden Images & Precision Time, <$.

I finally found out that the hood scoop was/is actually used as the CAI on the Japanese domestic only diesel engines for the 4R & Taco. I'm kinda thinking of taking the block out & having it be extra ventilation for the engine bay. :notsure:

Dude... business cards with your cell # on the back! :smack:

I almost did the same thing for a '96 4R LTD in Boise. I gave one last look in my immediate area & found my 2k that had just come in 48 hrs prior. It was still at the detail shop when I went to see it... omg... German shepherd fur everywhere.

    :jellydance:

Damn it Sam! Now I want exactly what you just bought! Even at regular price it's a steal compared to an RTT & custom rack. It's people like you, Ramon & .45 JHP that have made joining TW one of, if not THE most expensive things in my life. Hell, I'm still on the hook for the latest Group Buy! 40 yrs old may be the new 30, but the new $20 bill is the $100. I guess I should have resisted the invitation to join TW from a cute blonde in a purple taco a little more.

I need a battery for my watch. Except I don't know where my watch is.

Maybe add an intercooler to your supercharger?

    I don't have business cards. :(

Haha I'm how much I will sleep in the room. I spent so much time last year trying to find a hiding spot from the elements, none of which I could stand up, or were very dry. That looked like the best option! I really didn't want a rtt either. I can't park in the garage and the mpg hit is too much. I know, don't buy a truck if you care about mpg. But... When you can only get 300 gallons out of a tank the middle of nowhere Utah gets much more complicated. Some of my routes get moved just to find gas! I try to not look at whatever Ramon is buying... Makes me a happier person.

Funny how her and I moved away and all the random lunches just stopped... Lol

How was the meet yesterday? I really wanted to go, but 4ish hours each way killed it.

Can't wait for tax return! Hoping to get back enough to get a Glock 26 gen 4. Or at least enough to pay for part of it!

I've had my 96 Tacoma since August of 2012, just finally installed a cd player in it a couple months ago. Nothing special, just a cd player with radio capabilities. Radio still doesn't work, because antenna was broken off before I got the truck, haven't drilled it out and put a new one on yet.

I am getting ~1900. You did your taxes "right" though.

Town pump is sweet, as is the crown pub(more food oriented than beer). Very good food there.

This may sound bad, but in the winter/spring I don't have many recommendations that don't involve alcohol. Guess that is what college is for? I rarely drink now. lol

If you are in the front range for a week it may be worth it to try your hand at skiing. Loveland is fairly close, and on a week day it would not be crowded. "Cheap" too. You can't go to Colorado in the winter and not ski!!

Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park would be cool to visit.

Denver has a good zoo, and museum.

Radio sucks. On my way to work all I could find are how much cows are selling for and what the slaughter weight is. lol

I have 0 firearms so I think that helps with available money. Skiing and Mountain Biking are enough. lol
