Curious,,probably not much as you don't seem worried.

And I drove to Albuquerque and back. Went down in a supercharged Range Rover HSE and came back in a cayenneS. The Range Rover was like driving a supercharged all wheel drive leather couch.

dude.. the writeups on T4R.org talk about redoing the gasket for something called a halfmoon plug?

can you elaborate more on this and provide pics of what exactly they are talking about?

none of the writeups have good pics of this step

Odyssey batteries are good.. I wouldn't run an Optima if you gave me one for free. Every since they moved production they've become cheap junk. I would have suggested DieHard Platinum but they no longer make then. They were made by Odyssey anyways.

Bummer! Looks like an ape, or animal without thumbs put the gaskets in my vc.

Odyssey. I have one now. Cranks hard at -30 I have the seats die-hard platinum version. Silver looks better than orange.
    I can indeed elaborate.

    Half moon plug
    87fd8e282b25df8caf1cd9de13766a55_5fbcc57c0879c437e065b4ba73fe9caf007dfba5.jpg

Shorty cell phone, around back of engine pick of full plug 64d8ea03657cf3b9141a4b4886fb2036_fd2e15d45eed5373c8b9671623f3ce6a3c895192.jpg

The deal is, each side has two half moon and one whole plug.

The half moon plugs are aluminum. Pull with pliers and replace with gasket sealer.

The full plugs are plastic and metal and get replaced. I will get better pictures later. Trying,to find my mini steel brush.

So far the "hardest part was getting the spark plug grommets out. They broke in two pieces and it was hard getting the remnants out without scratching the valve cover. I am just doing the passenger side tonight.

I am having another electrical problem 100% caused by me washing the engine. I am hoping two birds one stone.
