    Thanks man, i jusg spoke with a toyota service adviser at the local dealership and he said the supercharger doesnt need any servicing other than the belt changed.
    Does he just not know what he's talking about?
    When should i do the service with the kit you mentioned?
    If its a snout rebuild and bearing repair kit does it work with reduction pulleys? Or if i plan to change the pulley should i just do all this at the same time?

    Dude, 99.99% of the service guys at Toyota dealer don't know shit past regular maintenance. You bring up any sort of issue or extra service that isn't covered under regular maintenance and you get alot of "I'll get back to you on that one" or just bullshitting you to get you to go away. I gave up on going to the dealership for anything past warranty claims and parts.

    Is the s/c organic and self healing, or mechanical? Ask them that.

    X2 on the above comment on the service dept. The rebuild maintenance kit should have no bearing on you changing pulleys.....unless there is something here I'm missing. Maybe torspd or volcom can chime in on this one. I would do it all at the same time....so you its done and when it was done.

    Youre right on that one, i mentioned the rebuild kit and service and he was like "ugghh hangon" then a different voice came on and told me the above ^. Trust me i value the experience and reccomendations of the guys on this forum way more than a service adviser that drives a camry.

    Where is the best source for learning how to do the following
    -M90 eaton sc maintenance kit
    -change stock pulley to 2.85" urd pulley

    Any links to write ups or videos?

    Ive only done minor maintenence to vehicles. Working on the SC is past my current skill level without step by step guides and the last thing i want to do is fuck anything up.

    They are prety much gone as far as buying a new one. I think gadget at urd had some left recently, but that was about 2 months ago and there was about a $1500 markup if i remember.

    For some reason these guys at the service department are incapable of thinking for themselves. A simple question is the rule of thumb I always follow. "Does it have moving parts? If yes, then yes it will require maintenance"

    pretty much the same price as the Magnuson option too with a real computer and putting down way better numbers. I'm rebuilding a MKII URD setup at the moment, shooting for 350-375 WHP and around the same TQ on his stage 1 tune with stage 2 supporting modifications and new ARP headstuds. Per Gadgets recommendation should keep the truck way more reliable. Going to do Rods, Pistons, Valves and Springs down the road too.

    Agreed. its been "in the works" for too long. I suspect now that the 4.0 is out and Toyota has stopped making changes something will hit the market relatively quickly. My kit came with an APR X-One which I'm not too happy about but it is a little easier to tune after the fact than the Ucon

    Stacked spacer lift, 22x12 wheels with stretched 33's, tow mirrors, bull nuts.
    I was lucky to find one my buddy had sitting in his garage for 8 months. They are out there, but rare.
