Curious as to what lights you used, where they are mounted and what you tapped into in order to have them come on with the key fob button. I checked your build page and did not see any details. Thanks.

I used these lights, I cut to fit. I got the idea from @Timbo89. I tapped into the blue wire for the center roof light. This is the negative lead. I ran the negative lead down the B post, and through a hole in the drivers side floor plate down to the frame. (That was the biggest pain) The positive lead I wired to a hot fuse. I"ll get some daytime pics in the morning for you.

I had to use wd-40 on my gas cover for my 2013 taco. It has almost rusted shut on the bottom hinge. Sounds like a tin can when I open it. bummer. It's chipping the paint around it as well - that hinge was a very poor design.... so many thin moving parts, not necessary.

I have noticed my '13 cover is getting tough to open too. I will be spraying some in mine as well.

Got my socks and shoes picked up today and holy crap they're bigger than I thought. More badass than I though.

I have to save up $900 to install the lift and these babes put on. I cannot goddamn wait goddamnit.

I had Moto Metals on mine for a while. You're going to need splined lug nuts if you don't already have them. You can buy cheap chrome ones at Pep Boys, but they'll rust. I recommend going with OEM.

Use some White Lithium grease after to help lube it for the future. I usually spray mine very oil change at 5k.

WD-40 is a solvent that makes a poor temporary lubricant. Go get some white lithium or even a dry lube. That WD-40 won't last long and you could end up bending the hinge which leads to this:

Thanks for the suggestion. I see you know what you're talking about (standing next to that mountain of snow) I get the same storms after you. IMG_0920 - Copy.jpg

Yea that's last November when we got 5ft overnight and another couple feet in the next few days. In buffalo we use a lot of salt on the roads and it does a number on the vehicles around here so I've been using white lithium on all my vehicles to grease any kind of exposed hinges.

FYI I'm 6'3 standing next to that snow.
