Is it possible to put the factory tpms sensors in my new wheels? Just to pass safety?

How's the recon station with cab mount chops? Most I've seen done are minor chops, but was thinking about cutting in a little more to be sure I'll never rub the mount.
    Was thinking something like this

I wouldn't even worry about a cmc. Just make sure it's painted black. They'll never n notice it.

Recon doesn't care about the size of your tires as long as the tread doesn't extend outwards beyond the fender and you meet the bumper height requirements. If you meet those two requirements then you should pass recon and safety with your 33's.

Do you think I will need Bushwacker fender flares and Husky mudguards if I get 285/70R17 MT Baja ATZP3's?
I ordered the Pro Comp Vertigo grey series 40 wheels with -6 offset and 4.75 back spacing.
To fit the tires in the wheel well, I only went with the Pro Comp Nitro 3" lift leveling kit (spacers, 3" in front, 1" in rear).

I think you'll be close, not wide enough to justify bushwackers. IMHO, you should go a lot wider if you're planning on getting aftermarket fenders. I needed the mudguards on my setup and it's a little less aggressive than your setup. Hope that helps.

How wide do you think? 305, 315, or wider?

What size tires are these? And what size wheels, offset, and back spacing?

Not sure, as I'm not too familiar with how far the fenders stick out more than stock. I'm sure that some others have a similar setup and you can prolly mimic theirs.

Don't know if this has been answered here but, do I still need recon if I'm just leveling out my truck.

Depends on how high and noticable the lift is. It also depends if the safety check station fails you. There's no 100% answer for what you are asking.

Technically any modification to suspension (lift or lower) you need recon. It all depends how noticeable it is. Some safety places may or may not pass you.

technically 5100 should pass safety inspection if you use OEM Springs. Ive been told by the Head inspector that there is no such this a a "LIFT shock" a shock alone cant not lift or lower a vehicle. I know thats not the case with the 5100s or similar. So i asked the head inspector if i install Bilsteins shocks do i need or do not need recon. I was told i did not need recon since i used OEM springs and OEM on toyota is Bilsteins. So he said i was okay thats not a lift you didnt modify the suspension. So everytime i go and get safety i mention it to the station and if they want they can call the inspection office which is the same as Recon station and talk to "name".

but if you have aftermarket everything else with 5100 pretty sure you wont pass but just 5100 alone i think you shouldnt have a problem

i know people with leveling kits aka spacers they havent been passing safety inspections.
