For starts I am going to have stock pulley set up so I shouldn't have to worry about an actual tune for a while. Stock ECU can compensate.

7th injector is to get more power and to prevent pinging. There is a device you can install to give the fuel pump more voltage which means more fuel. I live at 7600ft so the fuel system is hardly going to be taxed.

Hmm. Well excuse my ignorance but it's my understanding that drastic changes in intake air needs a tune. It's not expecting to see any boost so once you do give it some the fuel maps can't keep up... adding another injector sounds like a haggard shade tree fix for not having the proper ecu/ tune...

I wouldn't add a 7th injector without the URD set up which has a box with its own tune.

If you are running stock pulley and stock boost there isn't a problem. It takes a few hundred miles to learn, and premium fuel, but there shouldn't be any problems.

Well I'm new to yota tuning but for my evo if you pickup too many fat chicks you better tune for that shit or else bye bye pistons lol. That ping is pre detonation and piston only put up with so much of that shit till they leave the building lol.
I trust you guys know better than I do, but it's just my 2 cents

    Fucking done.

I'm sitting 1" higher in the front than the back. I'll be adjusting them accordingly when my back stops hurting.

But of course when something good happens...something else pops up. Passenger LBJ's just started leaking grease today. If it's anywhere close to being as bad as the uppers, I'm gonna go crazy.

    Welcome to the club bro!!!
Just got this house and I've been out at 10 at night welding and lighting up the neighborhood lol. Grinding pisses them off the most though...

Congrats man! Really makes you debate ever touching your truck again.

LBJ's are basic, I would use the 3 jaw puller again, they are simple to remove and install.

Any suggestions on where to snag a pair? Thoughts on moog? I know OEM is best but some moog parts are worth the money.

OEM all the way. I had moog and they sucked big time. They seized up (I greased them every oil change) and had little to no movement to the ball joint when I removed them after 25k. It was a VERY noticeable improvement in steering when I switched to OEM. I'll give you my old Moog if you want, but I wouldn't use them for anything but trail spares.

I used a pickle fork my first time and that works great as well. I had a 1.5 ton puller and it works, but I also wasn't pulling apart one that was on for 200k.
