Yes, everything they do is fresh daily and they sell out, every day. So the typical routine is to get in line by 10, they open at 11 and are usually out of food by 3.

I ordered a bunch of stuff ahead of time for my SuperBowl party, so when you go that route, all you have to do is pull up and pick up your order, no waiting in line. The caveat to that is that it has to be a big order!

There's a place in Austin like that. It was on no reservations too. I stood in line for 2 hours and was totally worth it.

You should smoke your own for SB!

We should do a Saturday lil miss takeover. Park an hour or more earlier and hang out in line.

Franklin BBQ? Little Miss is modeled very similarly to that.

I had my own pork shoulder and ribs smoking at home.. But that little miss brisket, seriously probably the best I've ever had.

I'm pretty sure that's what it's called. They had servers walking through the lines handing out free "smoke bark" and pork cracklings. Best stuff ever.

I'm trying to get started in the smoking art. It's tough. Lol.

Okay, that was you then. I had a meeting at Mobile Mini last month and noticed your truck in the garage.

That it is. So much goes into it. I actually just picked up a ceramic egg that I am experimenting with. It holds temp so damn well, so it's a little easier to gauge smoking times and such.

I almost bought a traegar pellet fed smoker/grill, but my uncle is handing me down his old master built digital smoker. Just been doing whole chickens and brisket. I tend to get too fancy and technical and doesn't turn out right. Need to keep it simple.
