Its back in some super tiny hard to reach areas, this is going to be a pain.

It is paint, it was a very rushed paint job which i did not do but was my fault. Oh well. Maybe ishould just pay to get it sand blasted and powdercoated in an easy to match black so i can touch it up with paint.

One thing I do to sand in tight spots like that: get some emery cloth, tear it in long strips, then pull it through the tight spot and pull it back and forth by the ends.

Well someone's selling them for 100 brand new which is about $30 cheaper than retail so that's why I'm asking and they have around 3" more of down travel than my OME Nitrochargers.

Just put in my ultra gauge! I ran the wire under the ash tray worked out perfect.

I'm working on getting my truck ready for emissions this month. I have a P0440 code for my Evap. And now it's also saying my 02 sensor and catalyst isn't ready. Any info or help on where to start would be appreciated.
    image.jpg image.jpg
    Edit*
Now that I drove more and ran the test again. I no longer have any codes or pending codes. Now the only thing showing not ready is my catalyst??image.jpg

Rear nitrochargers are too short for most every application. 10" shocks are about right for 4" of lift.

BTW, he's selling them for $100/pair. Retail they're sold individually. So if you saw $130, that's for one.

Oh shit really! I'll def pick them up then! Yeah after I wrecked I needed new shocks and I didn't even really think about getting different and longer ones. After i put them on and actually stretched them out I regretted buying them.

Just make sure you cycle your suspension and setup bump properly to avoid bottoming them out....

.... or rip out the stock mounting setup and set them up so you can use all of those 10" of travel.

Yeah I was going to go with the wheelers bumpstops but I need to find out how high those are. I was going to remount the rear shocks like | | both angled towards the rear. What have you found is a good mounting type though?

Superbumps squish down quite a ways. They'll need to have some custom mount or spacer. I'll be installing some on mine soon.

I'm not expert on shock setup and tuning, but the closer you can get to vertical the better in terms of shock performance.

The more straight up and down you have the shocks ,the more relative the wheel travel is related to the shock travel.
