I think I'm going to pull each bolt out, one at a time, and not take off the entire roof rack since those front bolts and brackets are a bit of a pain in the ass, and dump in a bit of the stuff I have into the hole and put a bit on the bolt as well. Hopefully that will take care of that. Don't think I want to remove the panels just yet, only if it happens again.

1. Yesterday, 2+ cords of log length oak was dropped off - needs to be cut, split and stacked so it can cook all summer.
2. Daughter's 15th birthday party this afternoon.
3. Have a window that needs to be replaced. New window is in the basement ready to go in - just need time & desire to do it.

Looks like a little of 1, all of 2, and none of 3 will get done this weekend...

Nothing much here. Going to get another car seat today, gym, amd going to my parents in CT tomorrow

 

House update: P&S agreement done, mortgage paperwork is complete, home inspection on the 14th. Work tomorrow, three day work trip to DC this week. The craziness continues.

 

I thought antique plates were 25 years +?

 

Congrats. That's a pretty good feeling, besides being in debt until you die obviously.

 

And a truck update- looking at putting some new tires on in June. Driving down to Ft Bragg for two weeks, then I need to burn some leave. I'll finally be able to try out the AP bedrack and RTT!!!

I ended up replacing all the windows in my last house. Had a contractor buddy of mine give me the how-to then I was off to the races! My brother and I, when we worked together had it down to under 30 min per window. On my own it's more like 45 to under an hour. After 16 windows it was like auto pilot.

 

Gonna be heading to foxwoods later with the guys... Any of you wanna show up and have a drink on me you're more than welcome to!

Ferd is getting new front brakes today. Pads definitely, maybe rotors, we'll see how they look. If there's time, I want to get my dirt bike buttoned up and road worthy also.

Sweet! What are you looking at for tires? I just started looking around for new ones also but I'd guess we're looking at very different types!

On that note, does anyone have any positives or negatives for the BFG rugged terrains?
