I just got back from Yosemite three feet of snow over night. I had to chain up and watched the 4x4's get waved through. If Iived in a snow area I would own a 4x for that reason alone.

Haha, I love all trucks, When it comes to climbing or going through mud I will take a 4x4, but if I wanna go rip through the desert, i'll take a prerunner. Each one has its benefits. So with that said, 4x4 FTW :mudding:

If owners are happy with prerunner. Good for them and they already know what they need. Budget or can afford didn't matter to me.

My personal feeling that all pick up truck must have 4x4.
Even I don't offroad very much but I would need it for winter and mud. In 2003 I brought used 2003 Blazer 4x4 with 10,000 miles, I was hooked. Ever since I must have 4x4 no matter what. Even a car, I must have AWD. I used to own Subaru legacy before trade in Blazer.

BTW, I better shut up. All I say in my feeling all truck must be 4x4, doesn't matter what brand.

    So lock it!:locked: LOL

Yeah, but if he had 4x4, he could have just crawled up on it no problems. Street tires or not.

My prerunner would have placed some c4 on that rock before getting within 30ft of it and destroyed it...so yea, that rock would have been no problem for me either...
