Eh, I just don't see it a lot. Hope it gives him what he wants and he's not looking for much lift.

 

Aren't there a few guys around running a 2" lift kit? Maybe 2" is the new 3". Side note, if you look at the new 2016 Tacoma it comes with a 1" taller suspension setup... So anyone who lifts there new truck wanna sell me your stock coilovers? I need another 1" up front and wonder if the new stock setup will do that

 

You can get a full 3 inches with a top plate. The engine isnt any bigger in a dc than it is in an ac.
And I dont believe he's adding a bumper or winch and not off roading any. So... yes.

 

My ARB does that also.

Main reason I went with 884 was because of alignment. I plan to keep stock UCAs. I was planning on just doing 5100s at 1.75 but just wanted to have a good ride and the 884s seemed to fit the bill!!

Believe me I went back and forth between 885 and 884. I was gonna get the 885s but then I learned ARB fixed the sagging issues with the springs so 884s came out on top for me. Most folks end up with 2" up front after break in which is actually a tad bit more than I was planning but I guess I can live with a little more lift lol
