I want to but it seems like a bitch... Is it worth it? Does it help your alignment?

It's a big job for sure. Main purpose is just replacing worn rubber bushings. Poly bushings have their pros and cons versus rubber.

Don't see how it would improve alignment unless it's going alongside replacing frozen cam bolts, or you have really bad bushings.

Bottle jack method kind of worked for me. Not what I would use if I did it again. Read up here if you want to attempt it:

Worked late tonight to try to get the truck kinda back to normal before frame replacement for a wheeling trip. Painted the sides of the bed that will be exposed when I cut the drop in liner, relocated the tailgate cables, tinted the ambers red, and painted the tailgate I've been doing body work on but unfortunately ran out of fuckin paint.

The cable relocation was done because of the tailgate hitting the bumper when weight was put on the tailgate. Fuck doing all that body work for it to get ruined again by something so stupid.

Smacked the passenger corner of my front bumper into the side of a ditch.. Now the tire rubs when I turn at a specific angle left, time for a tube bumper?
Until then, anyone got ideas on how to bend it back, its pushed down and in, I think at the mounts..

Cut bed liner up for more space, made a better platform for high lift (thanks @JLink for that idea), and re mounted all my shit in the bed for a wheeling trip. Co2 is only ratchet strapped in right now lol.

I might do that with my bedliner. My sleeping platform is cattywhompus because of the curvature in the corners due to the bed liner.

It's basically a glorified bed mat now. Will def replace with real bed mat.
