Nice A-Liners. I took one up turkey hunting this weekend in nasty weather into AZ High Country and was pretty impressed by it (See my post here) Question, what do you guys do for keeping condensation down on the inside during cold /inclement weather? Are some makes/models of A-Frames better suited for cold weather use? Hunting season is not always kind when it comes to weather.

LOL. Hey, you're inside, out of the wind, and definitely warm. You want to be dry too? Asking an awful lot there.... Wear a rain coat!!!
No, really, all seriousness aside... an RV is an RV is an RV. Everyone I've ever owned and lived in has condensation issues. Maybe some worser than othe20160401_191349.jpg P1010599 - Copy.jpg rs, but they all have it. Its a very small space with multiple bodies inside (typically), and while they ARE insulated, the walls are still only 1" to 1 1/2" thick.. Don't forget you're cooking in there too. Yeesh!!
Can you say lets introduce moisture?
With the Chalet, the rear rail along the bed; keep the bedding OFF the metal. The only other place which condensation becomes annoying (if you choose to be annoyed) is the metal strip running all the way across up at the peak. Wipe it down from time to time.

Condensation is what it is; it's the nature of the RVing beast.
BTW, DO keep a window or two cracked a bit while you're in there. I might help with the condensation, buit you definitely don't want the CO from cooking trapped in there with you.

Good points. I noticed the interior moisture collecting on the metal across the peak of the roof and also on the windows as you mention.

I'm thinking of getting this exact same setup for my wife and I. Any suggestions, or disadvantages. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

As cctk2 said, it's near impossible to keep it all out, but I know exactly what you mean. During the hot muggy summer weather, the humidity is enough to choke you by itself here some days. Running the AC on inside and it just creates an instant layer of sweat running down the inside of the windows and walls. What I have come to find out that helps a tad, is I'll crack my little fan on top just enough where you can power it on. I let that run the whole trip and it helps keep some of the moisture away, plus it allows the gasses from cooking to escape as well. These little things are badass if you equip them right. I love ours. What I've also done, the salesman told us about this trick, since our AC unit sits under the bed on the floor take a beach-towel and lay it under the tubing where the cool air flows through and it will adsorb any moisture that is created down there as well.

I know you've mentioned this before and I can't remember where, but where did you get those mountain decals from? I think they would look good on my blue and want some.

Cottonwood Canyon State Park last weekend. I'm not planning on camping at many actual campgrounds this year (too many people!), but here's one of those few times.

You're somewhere in my neighborhood. What campground? I'm up at the Ca/OR border.

Thanks! The awning mounted on the passenger side is the 2000m (6 footer). I've got the 4ft one mounted on the rear for cooking off the tailgate as well.

That was in Burlington Campground in Humboldt Redwoods SP. We drove up through Eureka, up to Crescent City, over Howland Hill, and on to Talent, OR to stay with friends the day after.

I probably passes you opposite direction somewhere. I'm up on Howland hill road a lot.

Awesome. Been wanting to take mine out to the beach and just haven't had the chance yet. I'm only a couple hours away. What's the cutoff date for beach driving?
