Same thing happened to my in my Volkswagen R32!
I took the headlight out and shook it out. Took an hour to shake out.
These aren't too hard to remove. Sucks but good luck!

But today dropped my truck of at the body shop to switch my chrome bumper for a color matched one and I'm so glad I did, can't believe how much better it looks over the chrome one.

I followed that guide, got about 99% there, but the light assembly was still stuck. I'm sure it's that god forsaken bolt in the fender wall. I'll have to try again this weekend when I have time, beer and band-aids. My hands look like I put them down the garbage disposal and my arms aren't much better. Also started to rain and was dark as I started to remove parts. Even the weather was against me. Kept saying the f-word like it was some kind of Buddhist mantra. Man, what a day. I'm pretty sure I can shake out the stupid thing once I get the assembly out.
Anyone have better pics of that stupid bolt? Maybe a pic of the assembly outside the truck? Argh! My fingers hurt.

4:57 he starts talking about your arch nemesis. You should be able to find it if you stick your head up behind the bumper cover, and look for that lower mount that kicks outboard off the headlight. It's a tight squeeze but it's not as bad as everybody makes it out to be.

The good news is that most people never replace that last bolt, and the headlight will be fine.

LOL, I love it! I see a few spare bolts in my future.

Crap, almost forgot about that. I suppose the old fluid will splash everywhere. Thanks for reminding me.
