    Here's a link from Longbow on the horn relocation. I used this, took about 5 minutes.

    2 phillips screws and 2 tabs are all you need to remove to take the grill out. Most people cut the center of the grill out before they install the grillcraft. It will come with some easy to follow instructions. Here's a pic of mine finished.

    The top grill took me about 90 minutes to remove the grill, cut it, screw it in, and bolt it back up.

    The bottom grill was more involved, and took around 2hrs with removing the front bumper.

    I forgot how long it took me but attention to detail is way to go. Take your time and do just the upper first (easier) and do the bottom another time if you run out of time. I cut out both top and bottom OEM grills out and relocated the horns. (Looks the best) I didn't remove the bumper because I worked on aircraft for many years and used to working with my hands blindly and in tight spots so I was comfortable with that. I even peeled the temp sensor wire out of the horn wiring so it stayed in the original position. Also painted behind the grill with high temp flat black.     Did the same thing, at first i didnt, but then it was always 103*.....figured that was wrong, so i peeled it out and zip tied it near the factory location. works like a charm now

    might as well take the temp sensor out when you have it apart, instead of trying to do it with all the wires tied down......trust me its a pain in the ass

    These guys give some great tips...here's mine, just did it the other day as a matter of fact. It's easy...just make sure you follow the instructions included. It seems like common sense but you'll see why I say that once you read them.

    I relocated my horns and blacked out the radiator, background, etc...you'll see two pre-drilled/threaded holes on the passenger side of the grill where you can move the horns to. You'll need slighty smaller threaded bolts but they'll fit pretty well there.

    Thanks! I got the lids off of eBay. I primed and painted them with a spray bomb that I had mixed to match at a local paint store. Wasn't happy with the match so I had a buddy that works in a body shop spray them and they matched perfectly. The fit is perfect and they mount with 3M double-sided tape.

    I just ordered the Grillcraft too. Question for everyone.....
    It seems most cut out the center of the grill to install. I am thinking
    of leaving the grill alone when installing. Not sure of what it will look like but, at least the truck can be put back to stock. (Plus no one seems to do it so it may be somewaht unique) What is everyone's opinion?
