    Thank you sir! So essentially it's just the mounting bracket that comes with the bumper. I just looked on tg's site and it shows everything in the instructions.

    Turns out I did buy the correct clamps for my topper. This thing is freakin sweet!!!

    Also, the crossmember comes with the TG bumper. Just remember to get it...The morons at my local 4WP didn't give it to me and I had the hardest time with trying to figure how to bolt it up to the truck. I called and asked how it was supposed to attach and they said, "I think guys usually just weld it on." I told them to go look and make sure they didn't miss anything with my order and they came back and told me that they didn't see the crossmember befoer and said I could come back to get it.....Ugh.
