Has anyone done this or have similar experience as me. The OE rugs seem to wear out fast. I had a 09 and now a 2014. Both carpets had bare spots and wear spots within two years. There still OK i guess but I wouldn't mind replacing with a better quality carpet. Does anyone know of a better carpet or is OE the only choice. Just by using the winter rubber mats for half the year leaves wear strips where they lay. I would hope there was a better rug option out there. So figured i ask you pro's

Nothing for Toyota. I searched a while back and came up empty. Thats why i was hoping someone knew off a place that I just couldn't find. Probably not a big demand for them and that why no one carries.

I replace the carpet in my 4Runner, I'll look up the company I bought it from. It's not as reinforced as the factory carpet but it came with new insulation and they have a video to help installation. Wasn't a bad job and I did it myself.

i think my problem is 2014. I have found more options this time seartching than before. but 2014 extended cab seems to not be available. I'll keep checking though. thanks

another thing is i would want the matt locks built into the new rug. I'm probably SOL. probably have to buy OE

Get new carpet and then install floor liners either Husky, Weathertech or any of a half dozen more.

I'm with you Frapp. These rugs suck. Mine is all worn also. And i take care of it. I can't find anything for over 2012 either. Probably going to have to go OE if you want to change. I've been checking for a year now and keep coming up with nothing.
