It'll be a while. Next month or two. Still gotta buy the Northstar 31M battery and install all the electrical upgrades that I've amassed.

I use Denatured Alcohol myself. Been using it for years at work with electronics boards and adhesive removal on plastics for printers and such when I did printer repair. It dries quick and leaves no residue once so ever. Never had it remove paint on anything either which is nice. Very few adhesives it doesn't work effectively on, most notable the adhesive used on tamper evident labels but that is an acid based adhesive anyways and real nasty stuff.

The install wasn't really too bad. There is one point tightening two brackets together when you really don't have much room to work. That was a bit of a piss off and burnt some time up with very little wrenching room. I did need to send the wife to get a few things for me once the truck was up on jack stands.

Just take your time and everything should go well!

The same shit everyone else has.
Today - Cleaned it out from camping this weekend. Installed carrier bearing drop shims. Repainted my TRD grille badge. And I greased the driveshafts.

Yessir. Adding the 1/2" blocks restored the factory rake.

    Heres some pics - https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/5-or-75-lift-blocks.433016/

Only the maglight mod, mounted on floor drivers side, billet antenna and have lined all storage under rear seats with rubber to keep the rattling to a minimum.
Thoughts on a 6.5" spindle lift with bilstein 5100's and rear block spacers. Maxtrac suspension systems on EBay for $899. image.jpg

I wouldnt trust the blocks in the rear, i would rather have a custom leaf pack made by atlas or someone

And as far as i know the apindles only provide 4 unless the billies help with the other 2.5

It's been a week actually but I finally put on my OME Suspension - stock is on top and lifted is on the bottom.

It states that it's a 4"-6.5" lift so you may be right. My concern is wether the spindle lift is durable enough.

That's part of the reason I was questioning this kit. Those blocks look like they could slip out if the rear takes any significant torque.

They do look beefy. But is this a legit option for an affordable lift.

They claim with the spindles it maintains the stock ride. Just shopping options for now because i'm about to put my readylift in next week and i'm already thinking I won't be happy with it. o_O

For sure, I'm actually leaning towards spindles. That way I get instant lift, and can add more Cushin for the Pushin down the line. And I for sure want a full replacement leaf pack. Mine are clapped

You'll be good. Plan a full day and have a helper in case you need another set of hands of need to run to the store. An impact driver is a huge help and a drill in necessary for mounting the inflation valves. Expect to get pissed off a couple times, but you'll feel pretty manly once they're in.
