I didn't like the bracket that came with the truck, or the idea of putting the plate over the front bumper.
A couple zip ties around the front air dam seems to work pretty well.

Nothing fancy, yet. Weathertech mats front/back + their mud guards, some reflective striping and custom carpets on the storage bin lids underneath the jump seats.

Had my 5,000 mile service Saturday; oil, filter, oil.
Also put my fob cover on.
    Washed it this morning...
I was going to change the diff and transfer fluids; next weekend.

I'm deciding on a RAV4 or Highlander for my wife. Please let me know what you think of the highlander.

my mother drove the Highlander and my wife drives the Rav4. Big difference...like the same difference between a Tacoma and a Tundra. Highlander is bigger, and much more refined (more $$ too). Rav4 is smaller and nosier ride. Highlander bigger heavier frame rides smoother with less road noise.

I didn't do anything other than wash it...I took it to LineX and they sprayed it. Thanks it not only looks great in my humble opinion, it's functional! My 120 lb Shepherd is fn hard on it!

Do the passenger side and the rear stay in place better than the OEM?

the rear is nice and snug, and for the passenger, I'm not quite sure yet. I haven't had someone in since I installed them yesterday. I'll let you know later today.

Guys, I took my truck on its first road trip this weekend (little over 300 miles). Well, I have the stock audio system and it randomly rebooted over 10 times on the trip. Nothing at all seemed to trigger it. It would reset just cruising along on smooth highway. Has anyone seen anything concerning this?

What kind of phone do you have? Did you trying turning bluetooth off on the phone to see if the stereo kept rebooting? I had the same issue and it turned out to be a phone issue. Got a new phone and haven't had the problem since

I have an iPhone 6S. It just started doing this and I've had the phone the entire time. I haven't tried turning the Bluetooth off. It would suck if I couldn't use that feature with the phone.

My wife has a 2011 Highlander. It has been awesome. Only 2 issues was a cracked windshield and my wife backed into a building. I would buy another one for her but I have to pay off my Tacoma first.

Hmm. So a little insight into my issue. I had a Samsung Galaxy s7 when I got the truck. Drove it for 10k miles without an issue. Broke the phone and got a replacement s6. Started having the issue as soon as I paired the new/same model phone.. got a galaxy s7 and haven't had an issue in the 5k miles since. I know others have had similar issues but I have zero experience with iPhone.

No the plug only goes one way. The difference could be Sport vs OffRoad but I doubt it. Just hook it up, flip a quarter and pick reverse/not reverse, and if you lock your truck and it unlocks the tailgate instead of locking it. Swap the wires. Just be careful taking the little wire clips apart. Use a small screwdriver and needle nose pliers to pull the metal push down part back out.

Do you know if you can utilize the stock exhaust exit location? I don't like dumping under the truck.
