Going to run stock springs for now to see how I like it...I plan on cranking them all the way up. But I'll probably punk out and set them at 1.75...I got a 1 inch block for the rear too just incase.

    Seriously thinking of ordering 285/70's.

It really just needs to point down with a hood covering the lens from the front.

I guess because it's not put together and it also has the extensions for a LWB.

I'm assuming those are personalised plates as well, right? Are you able to switch out to legacy plates by ordering online? I've been trying to figure out how to do that.

The wheels and skids look good, but the paint on the grill has to go ASAP.

You can buy sequential legacy plates, here's the link:

I'd go to their site and look at the instructions they have their along with the pictures of the exhaust. It looks totally different from what you have. No Y pipe attached to the muffler for one thing... It should just be two sections of pipe, the muffler, the clamps and the tip. Something seems strange.

Perhaps there was a design revision at some point. I just got mine a couple weeks ago and it came directly from MBRP.

As far as the long bed goes mine came with instructions to cut one pipe down for the short bed. No modifications needed for long bed.

Yes. They are personalized. The initials of each member of the family plus our dog and two cats;) I ordered them through AAA. You can get "sequential" legacy plates (non-personalized) much quicker. These took over 4 months to arrive. I think you can order them on the DMV website but you have to go to the DMV to pick them up. AAA is much more efficient.

The one thing I love about NJ, $50 one time fee for personalized plates.

My sincere thanks to @3dBdown for starting this thread and documenting his process. After some life delays I finally got around to painting my Sport grill black with MGM trim. I purchased the same products, followed his methods and the results turned out great. I am very pleased.

    Pics or it didn't happen...
