    yeah blocks are really bad, they cause premature dearching of your springs, go with an aal.

    and i assume u need the longer bolts then??? so like $120 total
    im going to see the local spring guy and see about adding 2 extra leaves

    NO no, you do not need longer you bolts if you are doing the AAL with no shims. ONLY if you are putting the shims in with the AAL, are you in need of new U-bolts.

    BHLM, HID kit, yellow fogs, Grill craft, Hellas behind grillcraft, LED cup holder mod, after market horn, extra reverse lights, under body glow for off roading at night, pro comp 7089's wrapped in 255/75/17 bfg mud terrains, Toytec coiovers sat at 3.25, 2" add a leaf with 5100's, Satoshi grill mod
    As long as your U bolts are not rusty you can reuse them. Before you try and take them off i suggest you soak them in a little wd40. It will make it much easier to take them off.

    The 5100's say they are good for 0-1.5" lifts< will I be ok with the 2" toy tecs?

    FWIW, Its recomended that the U bolts be replaced when adding an extra lift leaf. They are a stressed bolt, and are not intended to be re used.

    Stalker on the forum alert! I wanna get AAL's and as far as I've read toy tec is the place, that been said they have 2" AAL's or TSB 1.5". My Taco is a Non TSB :( and I have a full set of Billies on the way, which one should I get? My mission is to level my Taco, any takers on suggestions?

    Either AAL will work for ya. It all depends on how much rear lift you need to be level.

    i just got my 2" toytech aal today in the mail planning on putting them on as soon as it stops raining and snowing...are u saying i now need new u bolts...i was told to re use the stock 09 u bolts????

    Being as you have an '09, You may be able to re use them. Im only saying that its recomended they be replaced as, technically, they are not a re usable bolt>
