I hate the way that guy was dealing with you and blue, I had to help.

 

The Fish and Reservoir fires have joined and burning in a area where fuel "brush" hasn't burned in many decades . My truck is covered in a layer of ash , also sidewalks also covered in ash

 

thanks andy i was only trying to help the guy by offering a buget friendly way to achieve his goals as i stated in there some of us aren't going to do any hard core off roading so a better lift isn't really "needed" and thanks for posting the code of conduct i hadn't seen that before it should be made part of the joining procedure. i really enjoy being on here but that's not the first time i've been talked to like that i try to just ignore it and move on somewhere else

I saw that, he could have voiced his opinion without insulting you, that was uncalled for.

That being said, blocks and spacers off roading are like running in high heels.

 

the op stated his usage which is the same as mine primarily on road but off road on logging roads and mud during hunting season. i'm no expert (really on anything) but i can only imagine that a spacer lift is adequate for that. i wasn't a tw member when i purchased my lift and relied on the experience of our local 4wd shop and that was what they recomended

 

They will sell you that, because it is low cost and a quick way to lift. My friends Tundra has that and he does fine and so will you. It stresses components and the ride is not the most comfortable, but like you said, if it occasional OR use, then it is fine.

I don't think you needed to apologize, you stated your opinion and that was good, he stated his and that is fine, it's when he makes a nasty comment about your opinion that this site loses credibility. If he kept going then the mods need to know and will give him a little 'vacation'.

I think Andy lives closer..... probably 100 miles or so....

 

my oldest daughter is mormon (i'm not discussing that) she just recieved her notice for her mission she is being assigned to bakersfield. she will be only allowed minimal contact with us for 18 months. they won't even let her come home for a death in the family. i'm just thinking if there is someone i know close by if something happens to her and she can get to a phone perhaps idk i'd be on my way. i'm just scared for the worst i don't like the no contact thing she can't even take her cell phone
