Definitely! These are awesome!! Working for the FD here I've gotten to see the rigid pods quit a bit since thats what the LE cruisers in our city use for scene lights. I think your pods are brighter and about 1/5th the cost. Maybe I can talk the city into mounting that 51.5 inch curved light bar to the front of our Engines!

I'm waiting for that slimline bumper from sso offroad to be released. Do you think your universal brackets with your 21.5" bar will fit on top of the metal bumper and underneath the hoop?

That is exactly what we set out for. We try to offer quality bars for a price that An average Joe can afford. In stead of paying 2000 or whatever for a 50" curved ours our $300-400.! But for the 20"'they look tall enough to fit. What is the cross measurement ? Just want to know if you have enough side to side distance.

Was going to install a rough country leveling kit on my buddy's 2016 Ford F-150 fx4. Then This happened while my buddy was installing the studs. Stay tuned for full raged filled review of rough country garbage!

    20160701_102456.jpg

    * My rant and rave for today.... Woke up bright and early before thr heat to help my buddy install a 2.5" rough country spacer lift on his 2016 Ford F150 FX4. The spacers do not come with the studs pre installed. The kit comes with extra washers and nuts for the sole purpose of drawing the studs into the aluminum spacer. Once the studs are in you just discard them. Well you can see what happend... the worst part was we had already pulled out both struts and done all the work lol. The instructions this kit came with are also garbage. Who ever rough countries techs are they need to go back to school. The newer F150 uses 2 studs that point downward directly into the lower CA unlike our tacos that have the single through bolt. Rough country recommends you pry the ever living fu#k out if the LCA to get the strut out. We just removed the LCA bolts instead and the strut came right out.
So back to the spacer lol. WTF rough country why would you not just pre press these studs in correctly with a press. I assume it's to save a buck on packaging so there wouldn't be a need for Styrofoam packaging in the box. Oh well morning wasted but at least we learned something... oh and my buddy is going to order fox stage 1 after he is refunded.

Got the 2x3 18watt pods from caliraised today. Install was pretty easy with the Switch Pro. Just a matter of running one power wire from the front to the rear. I just followed The wires I already ran for the ARB compressor. The Brackets that came with the lights bolt directly to the bumper support brace with no modifications. Just pull the bolt out, insert bracket, reinsert bolt with bracket and done! Im not too worried about breaking the lights when I'm out wheeling. The tow hitch will drag before the lights hit.
Just like last time super impressed with the brightness and quality of these pods!
Started playing around with the settings on the switch pro as you can see from the pic. STROBES!!! Pressing the button once will turn the lights on and 2 quick pushes will start strobe mode. The insane brightness of these lights and strobe function will definitely prevent tailgating. It could also potentially get you charged with manslaughter so don't do that boys and girls:rolleyes: lol.

Rough country is Chinese garbage. Just be happy he didn't put them in and was driving down the road and have them break.

Wife and I drove up to Prescott for deal on a 2016 Jayco SLX 195rb Baja. Walk around queen, dinette, kitchenette, shower and commode stuffed in that little thing. 2900lbs dry and 21feet from tounge to bumper. Baja package means its lifted with a heavier axle, has a sealed underbelly, diamond plate trim and larger tanks. Hopefully we'll be picking it up next weekend so I better get that trailer brake controller setup! I'm thinking the little taco will pull it nicely! I'll post a walk through of it once we take delivery!

We've been tent campers for years but last year we hit our breaking point lol. We camp allot on the Apache reservation in the white Mountains of Arizona. It rains there just about everyday in the summer even though it 120 degrees and dry in Phoenix. We told ourselves last year was the last time we'd pack all our wet muddy crap in to the Subaru lol. The rain and animals also made it tough to sleep up there as well. Its open range around there so it wouldn't be uncommon for a cow to wander in to our camp at night and start mooing his ass off at 3 in the morning! Fairly dense populations of black bear as well.

We looked at RPODs and Jayco hummingbirds but this Floorplan was better for us and about the same weight. The other 2 have small slide outs too but the 195rb still fells roomier inside

Weight and aerodynamics are important to me since I'll be using this truck for towing and playing. This seems pretty ideal for me. If weight only is a concern for you I've seen that pelfreybilt has a full aluminum bumper that is actually about the same weight as this.
