The only thing I did was get pissed. My windshield somehow got chipped in multiple places. The transmission stuck really bad from changing from R to D and from 2nd to 3rd gear. And to top if off the front right suspension makes a lovely noise whenever you put weight on it. Guess I will be going in for my 10K service a bit early...

Sounds like my truck. Had 5k done a week ago for tranny and bad front end squeak. Added 1 qt of atf and still hesitating and slipping. Also greased a sway bar but did not fix noise. 3 other issues not fixed either and I provided detailed list. I opened a case with Toyota this week. Listen to my front end.

Thought it would look good to add thousands of little rock chips in my windshield. Damn microburst dirt storm while on the freeway.

For any of you Arizona guys or gals that are interested, there will be a traveling head service rep. at Big Two in Chandler on the 14th. Took mine in last week for the 5K and complained about the 2nd to 3rd slip and the R to D delay. Second time its been in for the trans so they scheduled me for the 14th so this guy can check it out and make some sort of call. I don`t expect any real solution but you never know. You may want to drop it in the am if you want your voice heard.

Thanks for sharing. I live in North Phoenix but traveled over there to purchase my truck due to their superior customer service. Their service department is also friendly and competent. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the dealers closer to my home. I wouldn't be surprised if they are being proactive.
I'm actually taking my taco their on the 11th to have my hood adhesive repaired. They said they would put me in a loaner for 3 days. I thought that was excessive but didn't complain since they are fixing it. Maybe the rep will take a look at it too since 3 days puts on the 14th?

Thanks for the info man. Mine had a delay pretty bad for the first time since they checked and filled my transmission fluid a couple of months ago. Wouldn't mind having them look at it again.

I read on here where someone had their windshield replaced on their 16' tacoma by Safelite and it was $700 .. that's alot of $ to most people

I had my front windshield on my Tundra replaced for less the $200.00 at a local windshield shop, safelite is a chain and many flock to it because of their commercials so mom m pop shops are the best!

Yep, and 6" lift too, and great custom exhaust mod. I like his front end paint jobs done too.

Work kept me busy the last 2 days, but here is the pic you requested. The Falkens look much better in person and made the truck look much better. 265- 75-R16, no lift. I really didn't want to spend the money on new rims when I like these.
