I've searched and couldn't find an answer.

I've read that the 17 pro will have a power sliding rear window. Is it going to be the same 3 pane configuration as the current rear windows? Just with the middle peice power actuated?

Or silvy style with the whole piece of glass going up and down?

I don't get the point of a sliding glass rear window on a dbl cab with moonroof. On a AC I can see that. To each his own though.

It's a 3 piece if they do it.

In the AC, you can reach back while driving and open or close it... In the DC, you can't. So the power option to open/close it is actually useful. I like driving with the two front windows and rear slider open. So I would us it a lot

I tilt my chair back and slide the slider.

I can see it being useful on a double cab, but I actually really like the fact I can just reach back and slide it in the AC. Now if they were to offer the full vertical sliding window like the 4runners... THAT would have me jealous.

I'd settle for a solid, nonmoving rear glass.
