It is a great mod, I did mine about a year ago. Just a warning to throw out ther about it, when you get in your truck at night, be sure you turn your headlights on! I have on several occasions drove a few miles before realizing that only my fogs where on, which means no tail lights.

Is there a way to make the fogs come on/off when you have your parking lights on/off? That way, whenever you turn your parking lights off, the fogs turn off too=no dead battery.

The fogs will only be on when the key is on so draining the battery is not an issue.

Are you saying that this mod allows you to have the Fog's on even if the key is not in the ignition. That is the only way to drain your battery?

Red neck toy - you must have done yours differently, I would go back & follow the write up, mine go on & off with the key.

I was going to say, mine turn off and on with the keys to, but i didnt check if they turned on without the keys. But i followed that write up to a T. You really cant mess it up unless you are not to electronically inclined.

I even drilled the hole to keep the wire down low and out of the way of the cover:D

I'd still like to have the fogs only turn on when the parking lights and/or headlights come on. Is this possible?

I am sure it is possible, I just don't know what wire to tell you to tap into
