Good to hear. I am going to install mine sometime this weekend. Just replaced a/c in garage so it is again Tacoma worthy. It is 105+ heat index here this weekend. Might pull in tonight after the crab feast. Bought the extra K & N Tacoma installation tool. I have bad feet so can't stretch.

I have not opened mine yet. Any issues with installation. Are the instructions straight forward.

Go to your nearest automotive store and get bleche wite tire cleaner. Get yourself a tire brush and scrub generously with that stuff. Tires will look new and with no shine. I love it.

For that new tire (not glossy wet) look. I use Turtle Wax's "Jet Black" endura shine tire
coat kit. It is advertised to "correct browning to achieve the most intense black for up
to a year." I cannot vouch for their year claim, but I can say that I applied it last
December and my tires still look GREAT. The product does warn against getting it on
wheels, body or concrete as it will stain. This stuff goes on easy and looks good
    washing after washing.

Dawn dish soap. Let it sit and do it a few times. It's clean when the suds stay and don't disappear in a few seconds.

    That's what i recommend.

The old bleche wite made by westleys was awesome. The black magic version is not the same. Like it's been watered down or something.

Dawn works just as good or better and it's cheap. They both require a bit of scrubbing and a couple "coats" so i go dawn every time.

And if it says shine anywhere on the product i normally skip it. Shine equals silicon based a lot of times and silicon based equals sticky most the time from my experience.

Of course if your truck is a pavement princess the silicon based products might not be an issue. In which case come on by and i got a few bottles of different tire shine products you can have. Just use it after you leave these woods lol

Get an applicator, spray it on the applicator and rub. Don't spray it all over the tires and rims....

    None....yet!
Took mine on her first decently long ride...up to Red Feather lakes, about a 100 mile trip. Did pretty good, there was 5 of us so she felt with air on! Didn't want to down shift on hills as soon as I would have liked but with a little more throttle it would. Averaged about 20 mpg on it.

Did a bunch this weekend. Did the charcoal filter delete, added interior LEDs, HIDs(6k low and 3500k fogs), bed lights, garage door opener switch along with some other accessory switches and also started building the circuit board for the additional lighting. also removed the mud flaps. Oh and picked up my procomp lift. Time to get it ready for powdercoating.

Yup. Increases airflow into your intake. It's the mesh looking filter on the top cover of your intake box

Bed mounted spare tire rack with matching TRD wheel/BFG KO2 (plays nice with OEM bed cover). Hopefully I can bolt this sucker down to the bed tomorrow morning when it cools down.

Goal is to use this tire rack to hold a bigger spare once the lift gets put on her...
