    OME lift, 265/75s, pickup shell, couple of dents.
    I was thinking the same thing when I saw it. But these things are pretty durable. Mine has been through the wringer, it has scrapes and scratches all over it, but it's still weather tight. If it has some dings on it he can probably just use that to talk down the price and then buy some touch-up paint afterwards.

    Came off my 2013 DCSB. Top of the bars are a touch over 7" above the bed. Built in bolts for a hi lift on one side. I drilled small holes for quick fists on the other side. Comes with all hardware. $200.
