What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Saturday I added a set of Deaver AAl's to return it to pre recall spring level. The AAl that I had in the old springs wouldn't work unless I disassembled the springs completely and I wasn't going to do that.

We need a multi like button! When I saw this I was bouncing up and down in my chair. Wife asked me if I needed to pee.

 

I have the ebay bumper as well, was wondering how you did the mounting. Did you go the zip tie route?

Well... not what I did to it, but what I did for it.

I made it mine, all mine, officially.

Just sent in the last payment, online. Been debating paying it off for a bit now, so pulled the trigger on it just now.

I wanted a narrow fit for my bucket and these were the ones that seemed to do the job. They arent FIA rated but im not racing so their was no need for it. Also a couple youtube videos convinced me to grab it!

Drove it to cherry lake, just outside Yosemite national park, and hung out for the weekend. On the way there and back I drove up and down some hills pulling a small fishing boat and four other people in the truck and all the gear. On the way up it was no problem, but on the way down I had to ride the brakes pretty hard around the twisties and got some really bad smell coming from the front disks. Anyone else have that problem?

Reading the last 4 pages, my post is lame.

Oil change, UCA's lubed, windshield wipers replaced.

And realized the heat shield bracket is Mia and the bolts are gonna need some love to come off to get the pebble out.

Friend snapped this from under her dodge.. I had resorted to a hammer at one point before just laying there completely annoyed.
