3rd Gen Magnetic Gray Thread

I did my whole grill even the color matched outer bezel, to me it matches the front bumper and fenders. I haven't seen anyone do it the way I have it, plus it helps keep the rock chips at bay...a little anyways.

Brought home "Thomas" on Tuesday. 2017 MGM SR5 DCSB. Added Shark running boards, bed lights, and aluminum wheels. I'll take some better pictures on Sunday.

 

How is the highway noise on those ?
They look nice.

I like the red "TACOMA" insert in the tailgate. Looks good on MGM.

Just spacer in front for now. Added some mud flaps, Method grid titanium, 255/85 cooper st maxx

 

Im putting some black vinyl on the hood n roof this week. Debating plastidip on the bottom bumper n fender flares to add more contrast n match the grill.
What do you think??

 

Just found out mine was built on September 16! Will pick up late September early October!!!

 

I had mine in my driveway about 10 days after the build date. You should have yours very soon!

 

not bad at all, very slight hum been on the highway every day since.
got them up to 80mph and it's very manageable.
honestly it not much,
I think it sounds good and with music on I can't hear it.

 

I bought it off eBay....they are 3-d molded, and red reflective. I have had them 4 months...still perfect.

No lift yet. clearing OEM UCAs and slight front rubbing with small speed bump or road dip.

 

Picked mine up yesterday - DCLB TRD OR. Love it.

Got some Konig Countersteer wheels and Duratracs on the way...
Putting a small lift on next week (1.5-2")

 

Looks great! Careful with the lift in the back. 1"-1.5" MAX on stock shocks. I personally wouldn't go more than 1" unless you go with longer shocks.

 

I was going to add a toytec leaf in the back...in the past that has given me ~ 2-2.5". So you think I should add in some Bilsteins while I'm doing that?

Another 16 to remove it all from the inside of the truck.

 

You don't have a choice. You can't go that high on stock length shocks. I went 2.5" in the back and had 1" left in the shocks at ride height before bottoming out.
