Little tree air fresheners. Clazzio black leather seat covers.
I like it! I was already getting great mileage out of my truck (22+ mpg) I haven't noticed an increase or decrease. It sounds better, I think. It does get LOUD if you mash on the gas. But cruise 55-70 you can't even tell that it's there. As for any "performance gains" I can't tell... she feels a little "quicker" but hard to say if it actually is or just the sound makes it seem that way. Opinions on CAI's varies from person to person. To me it has to breath better, taking into the amount of hosing and extra nonsense that was removed and replaced by a single straight pipe. Install was quick and straightforward. Overall I'm happy with it and that's all that matters to me!
Found it on Amazon for $249.99

Clazzio leather seat covers, CBI T3 front, SOS sliders, SCS Ray10s, 285/75/16 Duratracs, debadged, extra bed D-ring tiedowns, Advantage TorzaTop, OEM bed mat, custom center console organizer, Husky liners, remote start.
I found it much easier to put the headrests covers on with them removed.

AARSTAD11B - If you feel the left support where the support enters the seat cushion,
there is a plastic piece that the headrest supports fit into. There is a button on the left
side. Press it and pull the headrest up.

I don't own one, but that sure looks like a lift. Especially if you compare it to the ones on youtube.

This but on the 3rd gens.

I did it to my 1st Gen. It was nice, but VERY loud under hard acceleration. Never had it dynoed but the butt dyno could tell a slight difference.

CAI really are a joke, unless you have a turbo and full exhaust (headers back) IMHO. Then the power gains begin to stack. So if one is really set on getting a CAI, save the money and do the deckplate mod, period.

Sorry I meant the headrests on the rear seats. I'm trying to build a platform in my access cab as well.

That's what Steven O from OPT 7 said in his email, and that I need the relays to avoid "flickering".

Did you empty your tank out completely when you switched from Shell 91 to 87? This should be the same as that. Your engine won't even know it. Also, not all Shell stations get the gas from Shell. You may be paying extra for the same gas you get at Sam's or Kroger, sometimes $0.20 - $0.30/gal. In 10 gallons per refill that's at least one gallon you're cheating yourself out off.

AARSTAD11B - You will need to remove the back wall paneling as the jump seat headrests
are bolted to the back wall. This has been documented several times here on TW. The panels
are held in place by plastic clips and pop off fairly easy. Take a look at this thread:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/access-cab-modification.438557/

Alright. Thanks for the response. I was hoping there was a way todo it without removing the whole wall panel, but I guess I'll have to go that route.

AARSTAD11B - You can pull the upper part of the panels loose and get a ratchet back there.
That is how I removed the headrests from my 2012 Pre-Runner. It will be tight and you may
lose a bolt or two down behind the panel, but it can be done, I hope you aren't partial to the
skin on the back of your hands! If you intend to remove the car-seat brackets, you will have
to remove the the panels. However they don't hurt anything if left in (and they make good
anchor points for securing loads). Building that platform gave me a lot of extra usable room
behind the seats. And, putting hinged covers over the existing storage lets me keep the jack
and other tools in their OEM location. The entire configuration can be removed by simply
removing the two 7/16-20 bolts in the seat belt buckle locations. If you plan to upgrade your
audio with a sub woofer enclosure, I strongly recommend you make it rear firing to protect
the cone. Simply build your enclosure so it stands away from the back panel about 2 inches or
    so.
