First you pop off the trim ring around radio. Just grand and pull towards you. Then you grab the piece around the cluster and do the same. Make sure the steering wheel is tilted down and telescoped towards you as far out as possible. Them pull the trim pane out carefully. Then you unscrew the 4) 10mm Philips screws. Done. Did it in my driveway in 40 seconds. No joke

I don't care much if the outside of the truck is dirty or muddy but I can't STAND dirty glass or dirty/scratched optics. I just the cluster with a swiffer since I don't touch it and it doens't get smudges on it. For the plastic radio/touch panel thingy that gets smudged, I use a two dollar micro fiber towel I bought from an eyeglass store. Told them I was looking for something for polycarbonate lenses. It's a much softer cloth than a detail cloth. I just use a little cleaner and use the optic micro fiber to clean the plastic touchy thingy. I have to keep all those clean because the old eyes don't work like they used to and a little dust or smudge really distorts what I'm looking at.

I'm going to see if the dealer will leave me with a taco for a few minutes to get a template since I don't have mine yet haha.
But talked to my buddy from Zagg.
Said if I get him a good template that he can trace to put in the system he'll be able to cut invisible shields for the taco (as long as the cluster isn't larger than their supplied sheets which are about the size of a normal piece of paper.

Did anything ever come of the Zagg custom cut screen covers. My 2yo Son took a key to the screen of mine when i had my back turned. I am planning on trying to replace the lens but would prefer to have a screen protector on before i replace it.

I'll see if the dealer can let me get a template unless someone in the Toronto area want to let me get a template from one.
Mine isn't here yet so can't measure mine.

But talked to my friend today since I'm getting another friend a deal on a new iPhone 7 screen protector and while talking to him asked about it. Told me if I can get a good template for him to copy into the cutter he can cut them for me.
    Probably would be around $30-40CND.

So just got to get a good template.

If I get any new's I'll post in here for those that are interested.

Doesn't hurt to send an email as well so I'll shoot of an email to Zagg head office and while I'm at it shoot one to Spigen as well since they make decent screen protectors too.

Who knows maybe they just haven't thought of it.

    Workin' on it....
After I scratched my cluster I went to a Swiffer too. No problems after many months of use either.
