We have projectors. Unless aimed improperly, you wont be blinding oncoming traffic. The glare from the squirrel spotters is marginally brighter with HID's but not enough to be blinding.

OP, I just posted this: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/hyluxtek-hid-kit-with-cnlight-ball-bulbs.457461/

You have projectors designed for halogen bulbs. Not the same as HID projectors and HID Bulbs do not work correctly in halogen projectors.

This is definitely the most false thing I've read recently. Compared to retrofit, you could certainly argue that the output is less, but compared to Halogen, claiming the output is less is hilariously incorrectly.

I drove for over 2 years with my '14 fusion with an HID kit in halogen projectors. It was a fantastic improvement, and the HIDs worked just fine. Less efficient than had I retrofitted, yes, but your argument here is just wrong.

Since this topic has been covered in depth about a million times on here I just leave you to your incorrect statements. I don't feel like pulling up all the threads and data showing how HID bulbs in halogen headlamps don't work worth a shit.

I really don't care what people have said on the internet. I've done this more than a few times, and am always pleased with the real life results. That tends to trump any argument some kid on the internet will make because he read it somewhere else and regurgitated it.

I forgot, you ran HID's for 2 years in halogen projectors (which putting HID in halogen headlamps is illegal in most states). You are the expert on this subject over everyone else who has done real research with real data using machines that actually measure light output.

Believe it or not, I have eyes and with the stock halogens, I struggled in comparison to HIDs, so your real research that you read on the internet somewhere means about jack squat because....I've seen the difference.

And I don't care about whether or not it's illegal. So is speeding, and window tint, and not using a turn signal on occasion. I'll deal with the consequences in the unlikely event a police officer has the ability to discern a stock color HID setup in halogen projectors over stock HIDs which, in the real world, doesn't happen. You need some more life experience it would seem.

Yes I watch anime. You got me there kiddo.

I don't go around doing illegal mods and stupid shit. I'm an adult, I follow the law and rules of the road. You do things that are illegal, and don't give a shit. It will catch up to you..

Edit: OP Sorry to thread jack. I'll leave you to your thread now.

Well, the last ticket I got was for an illegal u-turn in 2006, so I'll keep waiting, maybe in the next decade?
