    I think some people are over reacting a bit here, especially since @tcBob is working on the issue. I think heshould be allowed to take a few days to figure things out, especially since it is the weekend and we know how difficult it is to get in contact with Max.

    That being said, I just requested my refund from him plus transaction fees via PayPal. If that doesn't work, I will file the dispute with my credit card company. I was giving Max the benefit of the doubt, but the fact that he really doesn't seem to care is starting to really bother me. I really wanted to wait and see what kind of resolution tcbob was going to be able to come up with, but I don't see Max being at all helpful. I believe Max was doing this in order to make a bunch of money off of us and he is definitely not handling it like he should have. I am trying to stay level headed and let things play out how they are supposed to, but I think I am done. I am tired of this bullshit, and I am throwing in the towel before I get really upset.

    I should have added 2% interest compounded each month since I am sure he is making some interest on our money as well...

    ETA: I appreciate all you are doing @Subway4X4, I just think it is a little premature to release it all. I wish Bob was given a chance to respond before you started dropping the hammer. Good work on your research though, it will benefit everyone affected here.

    I agree to an extent, but the fact he hasn't seen fit to make any type of response on here says a lot about him. He has had plenty of time to respond. No excuse.

    I am referring to the more recent posts. I am not getting on anyone about releasing info or anything like that. I used to do that and much worse when I was active in TTORA (I've even been to people's houses to settle issues like this). I have read every post in this thread and have been following it from the beginning. I have seen where people misinterpreted or missed information from Max's updates. I am also one of the few that read his other group buy thread before the shit storm popped up. That's why I have been patient, up until now.
