I had my original battery for 5 1/2
Years and one day it died, no symptoms prior, replaced with interstate battery (blemish) paid 50.00 for it. Dealer wanted 100.00 for new one. Blemish battery was missing a sticker on it. No bog deal to me.

Mine is a '13 also, but it has the bigger alternator. I still keep one of those small battery packs that can give you a jump start in the glove box.

I got LED bulbs from superbrightleds.com. I got bulbs for rear brake lights, reverse lights, license plate lights, overhead brake lights, interior dome light, and front side markers. Planning on doing front and rear turn signals once I come up with a plan for load resistors.

I had an unexpected surprise installing my new LED side marker bulbs last night.

    2 hours later...
After a lot of shaking and a long pair of tweezers I go the bulb out. Time to put the truck back together.

After a quick trip to AutoZone for some replacement plastic snaps (that didn't fit great, will need to run to the dealer and get the real ones sometime...), everything is back in place (and the washer fluid tank too).

Pic of the rear (minus top brake light and reverse lights, which look awesome too. I'll get a pic of all those later).

Mine went dead on me in two years.... and about 90k miles. After researching, I ended up choosing ac delco 27r gold. It's in their top tier of choices and comes with it 5 year warranty.

If you do have to replace it I'd recommend the 27r vs the 24 (?) or whatever is the optional size. It's a lot bigger battery and in theory should last longer. I don't remember all the details about it but the larger size will degrade slower.
I think the 27r was for the larger alternator and the 24 (?) was for the smaller one. They both should fit. Definitely call ahead because the 27r is not supper common and they might have to get it from their supplier. Mine took 45 minutes so you're not likely looking at a long wait if it's not in stock.

Got my Clazzios installed and i love them. The fold flat passenger seat was a pain in the ass. I installed everything 2 weeks ago and have been working on the fold flat seat every couple days since. I finally got it where it looks good too. Sorry for the shitty pics.

That fold down seat was a PITA! The rest of the project wasn't that bad. Looks great!

My 2014 battery died like a month ago. Had it replaced under warranty.
