If there's a Sacramento group going this Saturday, let me know when/where everyone is meeting at. I'm down to tag along!

Just ordered a Baofeng UV 5-R handheld too... I'll probably need some help programming it to the right frequency.

Is this up for a vote? Starbucks in PH would be easier to get to for those coming up the highway

Both are close to me, just wondering

You guys might want to rethink the trip. It's pouring rain everywhere. Zero snow and warm. I can see heavenly from my living room and watched the snow melt away so far.

It's worse than last time. At least we had snow. This is all Pineapple Express storm. Dumping inches per hour which would equate to feet of snow if it was cold. But it's not.

After discussing it with some of the other members we've decided to CANCEL the snow run this weeekend due to the amount of rain they are getting in the area. Forecast is not showing any snow fall at all.

Makes sense. Some of those water crossings last weekend were already close to the limit for this snorkel-less bastard.

we could always do eagles lake and do some shooting if we have no snow.

BS, that shit was fun!! don't be a weenie.

I have been in a damn blizzard and it is gorgeous, never in a damn rain storm like that. It sucked being all soaked and wet, but it was one for the books! Even tho all my lights are now full of condensation...haha

Do you have a plan for how you are going to press out the old and press in the new? Been looking at this thread a bit, also gonna see whether @Bentrodder might be interested in gusseting the eyes for me as @Crom describes. Also need to find someone to press in the Whiteline bushings when the time comes. Bit of a project.
