Auto up/down on all windows, is it possible?

Anyone figured out how to do this? Is it a switch or motor functionality?

 

Switch. Could likely get one from a 4Runner or Scion. I haven't searched any other threads, so the information may have already been presented.

 

Yes. Seen it done on a 2nd gen.

 

I would love to have all my windows auto up/down also. Sud'ed and doing some TW research

Its dependent on the package. Higher end trucks are more likely to have the correct wiring. The only way to do it is to check using the Toyota Tech Stream soft ware. Just a matter of going int the settings, customization, high light "roll all windows down with key"

 

I was thinking more of the switches... one push/pull to make the windows go down/up..

Here you go @NMPatronis. Read towards the end where I posted if you already have the auto down drivers window as it changes the wiring slightly. Let me know if you have any questions since I recently did this.

Gotta be quicker haha. It's actually not too bad with wiring, it just takes a little more time. The only thing you see in mine is the control box that's mounted to the door. All the wiring is loomed with the factory wires and doesn't stand out as aftermarket.

No that's not my write up. I just followed it to do mine and added my OCD to it lol

 

This would be a wicked option. On some/most mk4 VW golf/jettas you could do this from the outside of the car with your key in the door.. pretty neat!

 

No worries, my wife accuses me of the same thing daily..

 

In the write up I linked it is possible to vent the windows with lock and unlock. I didn't do it because I have remote start so no need to vent.
