Nice! Yeah i like those pelfreys too. They look pretty nice. Im thinking about adding the hoops to my bumper. That way i can hang a hammock from my bumper and a tree when i camp.

I also want to get some black headlights and im not sure if i want to drop the money on some retrofits... Maybe just the trd pro style lights

Well when you make yours let me know how hard it was to cut holes in the center of those lights. I feel like if its not centered it may project light at a weird angle and look off. And it would bug the shit out of me.

I feel like i could make them myself also but man it would suck if they were not centered and have to buy another set of lights.

Dude your truck is looking sick AF!! Cool to see what black head lights & a hoopless bumper looks like too!

Looks like he took it off for the last picture. He can join the twinning!

Are we all going to do a standard rear bumper also, or do we all need to go high clearance?

Thanks! Yeah I'm always looking to find other long beds in SW to see what they've done. I actually took off my stock rack, then vinyl wraped the roof and threw on a prinsu recently.

And, my current rear bumper is a Fab Fours rear, but I'm swapping it out for a pelfrey standard. I can't justify cutting my bed to my wife when I only go wheeling maybe once a quarter or so and the wheeling in Hawaii pretty much sucks.

I am digging that rack! Did you wrap the roof for protection or something??

I plan to get a high clearance once the truck is payed off and everything else is bought, or i damage the rear... haha. Maybe if you damage yours you can talk her into a high clearance!

Hawaii is nice, but it is small, depending on which island you are on.... I imagine Oahu is packed right now...

Cash and a Blue Sea Systems Dual USB Fast Charge port and a 12V Socket port. USB is going in the cab for always on USB ports and the socket is going in the bed for an outlet for my Luminoodle and to charge stuff.

More than likely going to buy a Magnaflow muffler and a National Luna Battery monitor with the cash.

    What about you?

Nice!! Those fast charge USBs will be nice! You have a 110 plug in the back already with the offroad version of the truck right?

Make sure you have that muffler installed by the meetup in Jan. I want to hear it! haha.

I got a remote start, 48" farm jack, med kit pouch, and a tool roll for my truck. But i also got a buddy heater for cold weather camping!

Im about to buy a tow strap, that seat molle panel, and a highlift mount. Probably some quick fists to mount a shovel and axe in the back. I also need to figure out how to mount my ammo cans in the back with my bed cover on.

Yep, I have the 110 plug back there, but want something that can always be on without having the truck turned on. Mainly want the socket for the Luminoodle Basecamp and to also throw a dual usb port in there and charge stuff while at camp.

I need to get a tool roll, I end up bringing by big kolbalt tool kit with me on adventures and its heavy and bulky and don't even really use all the tools in it. But a tool roll would be nice.... may have to look into one of those.

Look at my how-to for the ammo cans, I had mine mounted with the shell on, but not sure about the cover, I bet you could fab up something that drops them down. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/mount-ammo-can-to-bed-rails-how-to.420182/

If you do buy quickfists, get the $30 combo box, cheaper that route and gives you extras for future use.

My GF bought me the "bucket boss" tool roll. I chose that one because the pockets on the inside are different sizes for different tools. Im sure when its full of tools it will be heavy but i am working off this list to build the tool roll.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...ckets-and-wrenches-for-2nd-gen-tacoma.158302/

For the ammo cans... my bed cover uses the rails and actually covers them up so i have no access to the rails other than the ones at the front of the bed. So i am thinking about cutting out a couple parts to allow access to the rails. But i need to make sure the bed cover will still work also.
