Electronics question- I was following this guide to change the switch on my LED bar up front (with harness from Cali Raised LEDs). I bought the wrong size add-a-fuse (noob move, yeah yeah) but installed the wires as-is. It worked without being put into the fuse box, and it has an in-line fuse on it already. Do I need to go get another add-a-fuse to avoid burning my car down or do I not need it since there's an inline fuse already?

I know so little about the specifics of electronics, I feel dumb!

Here's a gratuitous shot of the new button installed and shining:

as long as the in line fuse is close to the power source, you're fine. Fuse is there to protect the length of wire that you have.

Anyone else been having problem viewing posted pictures here? It just shows a circle with a negative sign on most photos...

ANYWAYS, got a gift certificate to Best Buy for xmas, and ended up getting a couple Heiss cube LEDs. Thought it would take me about 30 mins to an hour to install...9 hours later they are on. I got distracted by a couple of things along the way, and ended up completely replacing my Rigid wiring harness for the Heiss one.

Guess which picture my LED's are on.

Hell yeah man! They're a lot different than the MTRs, they are bigger though and I was driving into the wind. They're not as loud but a lot rougher riding.

285/75r16. They might just have too much air, it was a small Mexican shop we did the swap at. These were my #2 choice behind MTRs when I bought them originally so we'll see. I'll probably go back to MTRs eventually, but hopefully by that time i'll be out of school and buying them in 40s :D:D:D
